Delivery

We are doing our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

DJINNY'S.nl, a school webshop, managed by the students of class Nova College Beverwijk.

We check incoming orders and payments at least 3 times a week. Paid orders will be processed once a week. Orders for which payment has not yet been received will have a longer delivery time. Orders that can fit through the mailbox will be sent by mail once a week. Packages (that cannot fit through the mailbox) will be handed over to PostNL once a week, which will handle further shipping.

Once the order has been dispatched by us, you will receive an email. Generally, you will receive the order within 24 hours at the specified delivery address. Your order can be delivered to the delivery address on all days except Sunday and Monday. If you are not at home, PostNL will first attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors. If that fails, PostNL will attempt to deliver the package again the next working day or take the package to a nearby PostNL location.

If your order is not in stock, we will contact you via email. Of course, you will receive an email when the ordered product is back in stock and we can proceed with shipping. If the order is not fully in stock, we will wait to ship until the entire order is complete. We will also contact you via email about this. Ordered items that are not in stock may be canceled free of charge, and you will receive a refund of the pre-paid amount.
